Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@parcos.com or call us on +91-8291144455, Monday to Saturday 10AM to 6PM (except public holidays)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

Unshipped Orders -

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

Shipped Orders - Return To Origin (RTO) Orders -

Orders can get cancelled because of RTO orders. These are various reason for RTO orders like

  • Non serviceable pincode
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer not available
  • Customer shifted to some other location etc

In such cases we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • Our customer care executive will connect with the customer & will inform our back-end team to initiate the refund amount.
  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipped Orders – Cancelled by Customer after shipping of order from warehouse –

Customer can cancel the order before accepting the delivery due to various reasons like

  • Wrong order placed.
  • Delay in delivery.
  • Change of Mind etc.

In such scenario, customer will not accept the order as he/she has cancelled the order & hence the courier partner has to attempt & return the order in its original packaging to the originating warehouse.

Once the order is inwarded at the originating warehouse & verified refund will be processed.

  • Our customer care executive will connect with the customer & will inform our back-end team to initiate the refund amount.
  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

In cases where the order has been accepted & then cancelled by the customer, he/she will have to follow the process mentioned in the “Return Policy”.

What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
